ABOUT US
Our various suites are thoughtfully placed in the desirable downtown locations where business continues to grow! We provide community amenities for our newly constructed suites which offer a public restroom, lounge, utility area containing washer/dryer access all while providing our suites the benefits of individual ownership/operation. Community amenities are maintained, replenished with toiletries, and cleaned by our staff. You have the flexibility to do minor alterations such as painting your suite and including your own items to construct your own vision, develop your own hours, and operate as freely as needed to create your own success.​
RATES
In addition to the location and building amenities provided, we also include all utilities within the monthly rate allowing a hassle-free ability to start or transition your business with minimal overhead costs. Rates starting at $700/month.

We utilize one rental application for both commercial and residential applicants. Business applicants must undergo criminal background screening, soft credit screening, and provide proof of income through current employment or their current book of business / sales.
