  • How do I apply?
    Our application process can be found online by clicking "Apply Now" anywhere on our site. One application fee is due per applicant.
  • Who is required to apply?
    All occupants 18 years or older who plan to live in the residence must submit their own rental application. Cosigners must apply separately. One application fee is due per applicant.
  • How long does application processing take?
    Our application processing time is typically 2-3 business days and all communications will be sent via email. Processing time may be extended during peak rental periods.
  • What do you look for in the application process?
    Each applicant will undergo a criminal background check, soft credit check and income screening. Inquire within for specific details.
  • Can I have a cosigner/guarantor?
    Yes, we accept qualified cosigners on behalf of the income portion, but all other criteria must be met independently by the main applicant. Cosigners must apply separately. One application fee is due per applicant.
  • What is due at lease signing?
    A prepaid first month's rent, prepaid last month's rent, non-refundable move-out fee and a one-time admin fee.
  • What is the move-out fee?
    The move-out fee covers patching, painting, cleaning and sanitation of the apartment and included furnishings (if applicable) at move-out.
  • Do you accept pets?
    Yes, we accept cats and dogs < 25lbs with a limit of 1 pet per unit. Pet fees apply.
  • Do you offer short-term leasing?
    Yes, we offer short-term leasing with an associated rent premium at the Isaac Executive Suites location only. Our minimum lease requirement is 3-months. No month-to-month leasing offered. Inquire within for pricing details.
  • Do you allow corporate leases?
    Yes, we allow corporate leasing at all locations. Inquire within for specific requirements or group rates.
  • How do I sign my lease?
    All leases are signed electronically via email from anywhere in the world, hassle-free of in-person paperwork.
  • How do I make my payments?
    We utilize an online tenant portal for electronic lease signing, payments, maintenance requests, and more. It is accessible via web browser or available in the app store via iOS or Android.
  • Can I transfer my lease to a new unit or location within your management?
    No, once you have signed a lease for a specific unit/property, you are required to fulfill the lease term signed for. You may switch units/locations upon your current lease expiration.
  • Can I schedule a tour?
    Yes, but a pre-approved application is required prior to scheduling any in-person or virtual tours. Submitting an online application will be the first step to get you started.
  • Do you have model apartments?
    No, we do not have model or show apartments. Upon approval, you will be toured through the exact unit(s) you would be potentially signing for.
  • When are tours offered?
    In-person and virtual tour are offered weekdays only between 10:00am-4:00pm with our last appointment slot taking place at 3:00pm daily.
  • Do you offer virtual tours?
    Yes, if you currently live out of state or are unavailable during our office hours, we offer virtual tours via Zoom.
  • Can I take pictures or videos on the tour?
    No, pictures and videos are not permitted in tenant-occupied units for privacy reasons. Only FaceTime or Zoom calls in real-time are permitted during tours.
